This hose connects between the pipe under the alternator and the bottom of the coolant header tank on fuel injected models.

However, there are 2 types of header tank and hose. This one comes around in front of the ignition distributor and connects to the header tank in front of the mounting bracket as in the photo, whereas the other type goes behind the distributor and connects behind the mounting bracket.

Suits: DS21 injection and DS23 all types.
