Citroen SM: Accidental Death of an Icon
BOOK SM
Hard cover book.
Description
This very interesting 173 page book by Stuart Ager is about the Citroen SM, yet not about the Citroen SM.
It is a book about the political and business climate in France during the late 1960's and 1970's and how this affected Citroen as a company, ultimately resulting in a very good car being killed off in it's prime.
Stuart has gathered together snippets of information gleaned from numerous sources to build a complete picture of how and why Citroen made the decisions it did in that period and surmised how it could have been very different.
A very interesting read, not only for fans of the SM, but for anyone with an interest of Citroen around that time.
